automatic horizontal and vertical Blade pu foam cutting machine
CNC horizontal&vertical oscillating blade cutting machine is
applied for furniture industry , packaging industry and automotive
industry .
It can cut many foam materials such as mesh sponge ,bonded foam,
flexible foam , latex foam, filter cotton ,high-density cotton,
sofa cotton , sound insulation cotton, sound absorbing cotton and
so on .
There is few dust during the cutting . All two dimensional shapes
and simple three dimensional shapes can be cut.
It is very easy to tranfter the foam block backwards and forwards
automatically after the foam is moved onto conveyor by remote
control .
All of the cutting movement is totally controlled by computer and
this will reduce large amount of human resources and improve the
production efficiency.It can save more power and material
consumption.
