Machine Overview

This productions line are composed of clamping head , tractive dolly and feeding shelf. High reliability, automatic adjustable welding wire machine is through the digital time,pressure, power, temperature, arc and preciseness of the CCD video capture, ensure that each solder joint and the welding arc to achieve the ideal effect.This machine adopt multiple wire submerged arc welding, solder was reclaimed automatic.

Welding line was symmetrical and slinky. It has strong filter,forming one time,and be with high welding efficiency. The speed of welding achieve 2 to 3 meters per minutes,is about 3 times of the gas welding .

The cost of the welding is lower than gas weldong. It is with speedy welding ,high efficiency, and lowest price in China light poles industry now.

1. Long working table with rack for pull dolly.

1. Lincoln welding machine (USA BRAND)

Note:, If chose the Lincoln welding machine,normally it is suitable for Submerged Arc Welding process

2. Fast motorized return back for dolly

Note:for the standard machine, the dolly return back can be motorized with working speed, it is very slow for return back process. So, normally, the operator will open the dolly clutch and push the dolly by manual.

In order to reduce the manpower, we have option: Fast motorized return back for dolly. The operator only push button, the dolly will be back to the welding head.

3. Both Side additional hydraulic cylinder

It is suitable for small diameter big thickness light pole, or steel plate with high tensile strength light pole.

With this additional option, the diameter from 60~450mm, thickness 2.8~6mm, all pole can be suitable. And easy for operation.

1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
