1. Machine main Introduction
After finished the H-beam assembling process, H-beam automatic SAW welding type is often be accepted. It has several structural styles: LHA gantry type, LHT double cantilever type and LHC cantilever type etc. It adopts AC. variable frequency control to realize back and forth welding. It has stable and reliable working and simple and convenient operation. Special designed arc-guiding rack can satisfy the welding requirements of small H-beam and star/cross beam.

3. Main features
The standard models of our gantry type H-beam automatic welding machine have the following features:
- Two welding heads can weld two H-beams at the same time;
- Controller can be placed in the middle of gantry or at both sides of the gantry;
- Robust all steel fabrication with stable structure and good rigidity, and no deformation after long time using;
- A.C. variable frequency control;
- Back and forth welding to improve the efficiency;
- With American Lincoln DC-1000,NA-3S SAW welding system or Chinese famous brand;
- With flux feeding and recovery machine;
- It can weld star/cross beam by changing the arc-guiding device;

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
